Lisa Nowak's employer, the Navy, ordered Lisa
Nowako continue to abide by the conditions of
her release.
Circuit Judge Marc Lubet made an agreement with
Lisa Nowak's Navy supervisor when Lubet ruled that
Nowak could be released from the ankle bracelet
monitoring her movements.
The protective order from the Navy was entered into
the court records on the same day Nowak's trial date
of September 24, 2007 was pushed back to 2008.
Under the protective order, she is prevented from
traveling to Florida for any reason except court dates.
She is prevented from entering Brevard County
where Shipman resides, from Washington D.C., and
Virginia.
If she violates the order she will face consequences
within the Circuit Court.
