Neil Entwistle Trial delayed

The trial date for Neil Entwistle, accused of murdering
his wife Rachel and baby daughter Lillian, has been
moved from October 1, 2007 to January 28, 2008.

The delay is for the defense counsel to have additional
time to prepare for the trial.

An upcoming hearing will be a final pre-trial
hearing and is set for November 20, 2007.

Neil Entwistle had previously filed an appeal to have
evidence gathered in the home by police, to be tossed
out. He claimed that law enforcement didn't have a
search warrant.

Entwistle lost that appeal.

Judge Kottmyer ruled: " Hopkinton police were doing their
jobs as community caretakers when entering the Entwistle
house on a missing persons search."
