Neil Entwistle Extradited to U.S.

Neil Entwistle was turned
over to U.S. Marshals at London
Gatwick Airport and is returning
to the U.S.

Upon his arrival he will be booked,
processed and held at Hopkinton
Police department. His arraignment
will be at Framingham District
Court on Thursday, February
16th, at 1 pm. Media reports
indicate there will be extra
security on hand during the
arraignment.

News reports also state
Rachel Entwistle's family is
expected to attend the
arraignment

Entwistle has been assigned a
Boston Attorney, Elliot Weinstein.
Entwistle's family in England
has stated they are unable to
afford a lawyer for Neil.

It's expected that the Prosecutor's
office will ask that Entwistle be
held without bail.
