If you're a trial watcher and you are waiting for this particular trial,
the scuttlebutt is that it'll be held October 1, 2007. However, that's
not exactly likely since tests aren't back from the lab, and Entwistle's
lawyer said "once those tests are available, he will probably seek to
have the samples retested by a private lab, which could take several
more weeks, to make sure the state lab's findings are accurate.

The next date being talked about is January of 2008.
