The Prosecutor has asked for, and been
granted, a delay.
Neil Entwistle's Probable Cause Hearing
has been rescheduled for April 18th, 2006.
It's not known whether a grand jury has
met in this case. News reports say that
both the Prosecutor and Defense Attorney
expected Neil Entwistle to be indicted by
a grand jury prior to the hearing.
The reports also say that Defense Attorney
Weinstein could possibly ask for bail at that
hearing.
