Barton Corbin lost his attempt to keep "similar
transaction" testimony and evidence from his
upcoming trial. Superior Court Judge Michael
Clarke ruled that details from the death of
Dorothy Dolly Hearn could come in.
Corbin's attorneys argued that both women's deaths
were suicides.
Corbin's trial is due to start April 17th, 2006.
