In the case of the Commonwealth against Neil Entwistle
VERDICTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
GUILTY of the 1st degree of murder of Rachel Souza Entwistle.
GUILTY of the 1st degree of murder of baby Lillian Entwistle.
SENTENCE: Two life sentences to run concurrently. The judge
made it clear that in Massachusetts he will have no chance
for parole and will remain in prison for life.
Possession of a firearm.
GUILTY of the offense as charged.
Possession of ammunition.
GUILTY of offense as charged.
JURY POLL: All agreed that this is their verdict.
SENTENCE: Probation for 10 years, to run concurrent with
his life sentence.
Judge Kottmyer further stipulated that Neil Entwistle "may
not profit in any way from the sale of his story either by way
of book or otherwise to any media outlet."
Entwistle will serve a mandatory two years at a maximum
securityfacility before being transferred to Massachusetts
Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction in Walpole.
